A tragedy continues. `One other victim at work yesterday
Florence 6 November - At 23.30 last night a young worker of 27 years, an official of the railways, was hit by a train while working with two colleagues, in an exchange. Once again, the already chronic shortage of safety for those working in this area has resulted in yet another fatal accident. The maintenance workers along the tracks are now operating in conditions of absolute insecurity of lives and contribution to the logic of saving security in favor of higher profits, is becoming truly unbearable. In expressing our indignation and our solidarity with the families of victims, we reaffirm the commitment to support workers and support the strike called by the union for Monday, November 9.
