The ICG applied to research and development in and of itself is a nonsense, in addition:
- the overall lack of perspective, the presence of a proposed sale of the R & D into a holding company (Arcadia?) consist of the present society advisory heavily in our production facilities and even some executives within Nokia-Siemens
